Step 1: Step back into your why. Why did you start doing this in the first place?
Recently in a one-on-one session, Kelsey was asked “What is the thing getting you out of bed in the morning?”
After some recent self-reflection, Kelsey pulled from her podcasting manifesto from a few years back and settled in on her goal to create these as audio files for her kids
Her initial vision was to create these for her children, while also serving a purpose for people going through a similar experience as her
Step 2: Write out a tiny “Better-Than-Nothing” plan
Kelsey explains her efforts of becoming a morning person through this sort of plan
Her goal to become a morning person was to wake up at 6am and go for a walk, if she couldn’t do this her “Better-Than-Nothing” plan was to get dressed and step out onto her porch
