The Big Stretch is more than a book though. It’s a 12 week bootcamp for a dream in which Teneshia is your coach. It’s a soul-searching experience where you get into action around the dream you identify and step out of your comfort zone. You will create a customizable workout routine which you can use to catapult your dreams to get them where they need to go.
How To Become Self-Aware And Recognize Your Skill Set
Becoming self-aware and knowing you have a desire to do more is the first step in recognizing your skillset. This isn’t something that will happen overnight or even quickly, so you have to be patient with yourself and channel the child inside of you. Give yourself grace during periods of discovery, finding time to let yourself dream. Remove the pressure you feel and embrace the childlike wonder you begin to have and that you brain wants you to have. Having the vision won’t necessarily mean you will know how to execute it, but it will start you on your journey to following your passion.
