How To Become Self-Aware And Recognize Your Skill Set
Becoming self-aware and knowing you have a desire to do more is the first step in recognizing your skillset. This isn’t something that will happen overnight or even quickly, so you have to be patient with yourself and channel the child inside of you. Give yourself grace during periods of discovery, finding time to let yourself dream. Remove the pressure you feel and embrace the childlike wonder you begin to have and that you brain wants you to have. Having the vision won’t necessarily mean you will know how to execute it, but it will start you on your journey to following your passion.
The Importance Of Creating Partnerships That Are A Win-Win
Whatever it is that you are doing in your job right now is building the skillsets you currently have and can help you in what you want to do in the future. If you want to expand your skillset or expand your business, then the secret sauce is in pitching to others how you can serve them. You have to create a win-win partnership for whoever you are pitching to and showcase the competitive edge you bring. This secret sauce is what led Teneshia to work with major companies!
